Well, so much for free days! On the positive side: at least I broke out of the plateau. December promises to be an interesting month.

    Some “experts” say to weigh yourself every day; others say that is wrong. I just love experts!

    I know I can change my weight by 5 pounds just by getting on and off the scales or adjusting my position on them. I usually feel like the number on the scales is the cartoon devil sitting on my shoulder trying to make me doubt myself.

    I don’t weigh. I run. or swim. try to eat healthily, and not too much. Then I forget, or rather. refuse to go run or swim, and eat bread and chocolate. Lather rinse repeat.
